alcoas??

has anyone ever priced out a set of 4... the standard round holes for a single wheel application... not a dually?if so... what do they run?

Micket Thompson markets a wheel called the classic that is actually made by alcoa, fyi. It looks the same as a regular Alcoa to me. Some people have had problems with the classic II's, also marketed by MT, which are not the same as regular Classics (even though they are rated higher GVW.

Another thread here somewhere stated that furd 'alcoas' could be picked up used at a wrecking yard for a better price than new ones.

Personally, I think the round hole Alcoas are too plain and too common. I opted for MT Challengers, but I must be in the minority, as they have been discontinued. Oh, well.
