Distilled vs. De-ionized water

Best dealer service in DFW?

Was hoping someone using Alex Pepper's OBDII software could help me out. I haven't tried to use it in a long time, reformated the hard drive... ... so I had to download the latest software. Now its not working as correctly as it should. Dashboard isn't workin etc ... ..... it won't read codes but it will clear them.

Wondering if someone would be kinda enough to post the settings on the gateway menu please. I have the Tricom adapter... ... ... ... ...

Thanks in advance

I don't know much about this software, but I have used it to check my truck. I have the dual combo blue router and could send you the info, but, I don't suppose that would help with your Tricom adapter.

Are you going to be at the 'show and shine' at Woodhouse next weekend? If so, I am

planning on being there, and would like to chat about the software and maybe learn

a few things about it. .

All that being said... my dashboard also doesn't work until I go to the DATA tab, select ALL data and press the SEND button. I probably should download the current version (1. 18) and see if anything has changed.

I just got this software and am having troubles getting the USB adapter to work. How can I tell it which port to use, apparently it wants to use a rs232 port and I can't get it to look for a usb port. Any ideas?

I'm using an ATEN USB to serial cable and to get the settings I look in windows device manager under Ports (COM & LPT) and use whatever it says. It seems I can never remember which usb port to plug it into and the com port changes depending on where I plug it in. Too many electronic toys and not enough brain cells left I guess :) .
