Is Alien-Patrol still in business? I have been leaving messages on

their answering machine for the last three weeks. NO REPLY!!!

WOW, I sure hope so. I have been all over there web site and was planning on ordering a front bumper aroudn the first of the year. ?????

I have called three times and left messages, I have sent a PM via the TDR and still nothing.

I heard that they were moving to a new facility but I have nothing to substantiate my claim, but I thought that I read something that they were moving.

So I am going to look elsewhere for my parts.

Alien-Patrol charged my credit card

3 days after I first make contact with

them! Does anyone have an idea how

to track them down?

Hey Guys Relax. Jim & Sandy are still in Business. They just moved from Arizona to Colorado and are setting up shop. They have literally been on the road moving them selves there. It's been terrible and they have had no help. But don't worry he will make good on every thing and dont be surprised if he takes special care of you. He always does. Hang on he is definitely worth the wait. I know how tuff it can be waiting for some thing you really want, but when you finally get his bumper you will be glad you held out for it. First rate product and quality. Once he gets rolling in the new facility he will be able to bang em out in a week no problem. His new shop is going to be killer and every thing will be in house so production time will be awesome fast. :):):)

This is comforting news. I knew he was moving, but I did not see anything on the website mentioning a possible delay due to the new facilities.

Jim also blew a frost plug on his newly aquired V10 during one of the runs to transport equipment. Just so happened it was the plug that you have to yank the engine to get to!

Oh My God. That's terrible. We all know how hard it is to move ourselves. Imagine how much harder it is moving your business equipment as well. That Freeze plug sure picked a bad time to take a Dump. Sounds like the way my luck has been running lately. Hey Jim We all love yeah Brother. Hope things improve quickly. You got a lot of anxious customers ready to by bro. No Pressure. Giggles.

I am glad to hear that I have not lost my mind. Too very bad that he is having such a difficult time and manifesting its self in such a manner and not cheap to fix. I will wait to hear something back form him, once he gets moved in and the ball rolling again.

My good friend Shawn talked to him on his cell today... 3500 bucks later, Jim is back on the road! Also, he ended up needing a clutch as well!

i was having similar concerns, i have had a front and a rear bumper on order since november. however, my concern has not been the wait, i understood he was moving and i understood that he was a one man/women show while getting the new company started. but what is irritating is having a large some of money transfered to someone who doesn't return phone calls and who doesn't contact you when the scheduled ship date comes and goes. i am not a hand holder i don't need to be called with updates or on a daily basis, but when someone tells me they are going to call me back i expect a call back. i don't think that is unreasonable. i am sorry to hear about his troubles but some communication is necassary when you own a business.

It should be a huge concern especially with Alien patrol and the owners. Ask why they migrate from magazine to magazine.....

Has anyone heard from Alien Patrol again? I saw on here they were moving, but haven't heard anything encouraging re: whether or not they are doing good business.

I had a smashed front bumper to replace and contacted them by email a week or so ago. They are in Del Norte Colorado, he had the Asteroid series bumper ready but was waiting a few more weeks for the Lunars.

So I did get a fairly quick email response, under 12 hrs, and they are making bumpers. I didn't order one, had to be cheap for now and get a stock replacement, I need tires worse than a cool bumper. They are the way to go price wise from my research though.

Hi, I ordered mine in december and got it last week. It's awesome. I have nothing but praise for the communications between Jim (Alien Patrol) and myself. I would do it again. THEY 'RE GREAT.

Update for Alien Patrol

Hello all:

First chance I have had to get back onto the forums since we moved. I thought you might like to see some production from our facility here in CO. Since we are located so remotely the shipping companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg to pick from our shop on the property. So next month we are relocating into a 6,000 sq ft facility in town.

Our production is backup and on track now. We got our first shipment of parts to Colorado mid January and have been working 7 days a week since to get caught up. Starting next week we will be able to throttle back to 5 days a week.

For the first inbound shipment from PMF we hired a dedicated 53' trailer to transport the parts in order to expedite the shipping. The driver (Randy) was really a cool guy and ended up staying in the guest house that night. When we have large shipments outbound Randy will likely handle the shipments for us.

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask, as I will be monitoring the forums now on a daily basis.

Thanks!

Jim Terry
