Jim, I am done with you... . I have had enough trying to defend you. I have been waiting for damn near 10 months for a low profile bumper you PROMISED ME would be shipped last fall. I still havent seen it. You dont answer your phone, you dont call me back, you havent responded to my emails in months. I donated my bumper to a deserving friend... FOR FREE, no strings attached. I wasnt even expecting anything back out of the deal, and YOU then offered and PROMISED me that if I gave you the details on the LP bumper that MYSELF and Kyle from Pavemensucks forum designed, you would build and ship me the first proto-type. Thats all I asked for giving you the details, and even gave you leads for interested buyers. You told all your sob stories and that you would prove them all wrong and guess what, you did the complete opposite. I usually keep this stuff under my hat, and very rarely personally attack someone with full out 100% true backed honesty... usually I joke a little... . Not this time... you have pushed me past the limit! Yeah, I know I am never going to see that bumper you promised, but then again, was I really ever going to anyway?

Jim, do us all a favor, just quit, go on welfare, I would much rather I pay taxes to keep your *** fed, and out of business. Google is going to be getting links to all the crap posts about you screwing people over, well see how they like tossing your ad up then!

To be honest, I tried to keep an open mind and heart for ya, and truelly bought your BS lies. How damn stupid was I? I have delt with others like you in my past, ya think I would have sniffed this one out before this... but nope, I was a sucker, and the nice guy side of me wanted to believe you really did want to change your ways... . ha, yeah right.

I was warned over and over to not trust you... but I still did out of kindness and hope that you truelly were trying to be a better person. Jim and Sandy, you disgust me, and I hope you two cant stand living with yourselves.

Now you know how i feel with the Road Armor and the problems i had with them(6 month of frustration,wrong bumpers,wrong bracket ect)no customer service. Must be the bumper business,like "politicians and used car sales men",expect to get screwed every time. Hope thing get better. ---PS just imagine if there was a aftermarket bumper manufacturer that treated us like some of the "top notch" TDR vendors we have used over the years who know how to treat the customer----guess nothing to complain about if that happened. DW

It's true Reunel-- has been around for many years; they are one of the first heavy-duty, aftermarket bumper manufacturers. They also do alot of business with the state government. I am extremely happy with my polished SS rear tow bumper on which they did alot of custom work for me in a timely manner. Oo.

Road Armour was stolen by the now owners of "Alien Patrol". Seems they still haven't stopped any shady business dealings. I've heard of alot of good things from Fab Fours, and not many good things from Alien.

I found Bodyguard Bumpers, and went with them instead. Only 2 weeks to manufacture and powdercoat, and about 3 day shipping. You can talk to Kelli every time you call, and customer service is top notch. I don't think you'll beat their prices either.

Well, for those who had problems with Road Armor, Jim & Sandy Terry supposedly owned that business too. It's no wonder that the economy is suffering, when you have American "entrepreneurs" who aren't honest.



AlphaCowboy, thank you for opening my eyes. As cool as their bumpers look, I will never deal with the Terrys.

The thing that sucks is that I was looking at their bumpers to replace my Ranch Hand... I like it, but I wanted something that looked different, and here in Texas it seems that all I see are Ranch Hands in my town.



If Jim & Sandy got their stuff together, they'd have a great business going, but when you're supposedly located in Colorado and you have a Nevada area code on your phone number, man that just sounds too shady to me.



Being in the Army, every dime counts, and I would hate to throw $2000 down the toilet.

Road Armor is still garbage. I ordered mine 12. 10. 08 and they charged my card the same day. Bumpers did not arrive until 3. 3. 09. Wrong F'ing rear bumper! Workmanship is high school at best and their customer service is without a doubt the worst. Bernie Maddoff cared more about his customers. I would not do business with these apes again if they were the only bumper manufacturer in the galaxy.



If they ever get me the rear bumper that I ordered (one that I can mount a winch in) I am going to... Well, let's just say that I am really ****** off right now and skeezy companies like this give business a bad name.



My advice, buy from a reputable company that builds bulk squarish ugly bumpers. They work, will last, and they will still be in business when you need them.



Nowadays, every little tweeker with a torch thinks he's a fabricator.

These *****holes need to call Geno's and lean how to treat people. I am in the market for front and rear bumpers. I can tell you who won't be getting any of my money. I wish everyone all the best of luck with you bumpers. I guess it a ranch hand or a Renual. Can't belive in these times someone can operate a buisness like this. That's why I am a TDR member, I would hate to find out the hard way. #@$%!

Bringing this back up... I have no idea how Jim is still in business, he screwed a friend of mine over that hadn't been on our offroad site in a long time so he didnt know what was going on with AP... He ordered them months ago and NO contact from this fraud. I still can't get a hold of him, and he refuses to email me or call me back. Frustrates me beyond belief that these idiots exist!
