I brought my truck to be aligned on Thursday. Tech worked on the truck for 2 hours. He checked run-out on all rims air pressure and everything else. He could not take the right hand pull out of it!

I thought this right hand pull was just a 4 x 4 issue.

Had the same problem on my '03 QC SLT SWB SRW 4X4 LIMITED 3:73 NV5600, it took the tech 4 1/2 hours, ended up putting in a new steering box! Cost to me was 46. 00. Because the alignment cost 43. 00, plus tax... it fixed the problem...

Did they try swapping the front tire/wheel assemblies? A bad tire/slipped belt will also cause this.

I bring this up because 2WD alignments are pretty straight forward.

Yeah we actually tried all different tire combinations. Still pulls right. Even in a parking lot!

Have the same problem on my 04. 5 4x4 (3500). New adjustable Moog balljoints are what was recommended by my shop (upper balljoints are already shot at 36K, lowers are close behind. )

WHY DID THEY CHARGE YOU ANYTHING? Was your truck still under warranty at that time? Doing an alignment is part of the job.

I don't remember exactly the settings. The reason the truck was brought in is because it was wearing the outside edge of the front tires. The passenger side worse than the driver. His goal was . 5* higher on the right than the left But i don't remember camber caster toe????????

I am just really hoping to get the 13000 miles needed to finish my tire policy! Maybe it was the tires

It pulled to the right since new! But I never thought anything of it because my 4x4 had always pulled right. I just thought it was a DODGE issue.

I had 27,000 miles on the tires before I bought the new truck. The only reason I swapped the tires over was because they looked brand new. In 10,000 miles the new truck which is 2wd has worn the outside edge almost to nothing on the right side and about 1/2 way to the wear bar on the driver side. Just on the 1st two sections of tread from the outside of the tire.

The center and the inside of the tires look excellent for 37,000 miles.

What i am trying to figure out now is if the square shoulder of the BFG is not getting along with the turning angle of the 2wd. The problem is I can see the difference in the way the tire sits on a sharp turn in my head but I can't explain the difference. If I can EEK the last 13,000 miles out of the tires. I will probably go with something else. But I am beginning to belive most of my problem is the tires!

Sounds like you had too much toe in causing the outside tire wear.

Too much positive camber will do it also but thats more long term where you had wear quickly. The pulling trouble is usually alignment or tire trouble. Swapping tires side to side (not crossed or front to back) will isolate a tire issue.
