Alignment Specs to Cure Death Wobble??

I am taking the truck in this week for alignment to cure all the Death Wobble. Read somewhere about 6 deg for Caster or was it camber... can someone give me the full specs to cure the DW? Thanks,

I'd try 5-6 degrees of +caster and get the camber identical l to r. Make sure everything is tight. Set the toe in to 1/8 inch.
