My 1990 W-350 has the cable operated, adjustable, fast idle control and it is pretty cool. I don't know for sure but I've heard it was a factory option. JTMcC.

Haven't heard alot of good things about their quality but Aero tanks makes a 60 gallon replacement tank for the extended cab 1st gens, it should fit your truck. I am still considering it but am also thinking about building my own, after getting a sketch of it from them it seems like it would be very easy to make one with even greater capacity especially under a crew cab you've got a lot more room.





There is a company that makes power rear slider windows for the back window on the cab, it's a long reach over the back seat to open the rear window.
