It's the same unit that's going to be in the 2006's but not in 2005 and older.



The RB1 and the RB4 work in 2005 and older.

I originally ordered the navigation system with my '05 but cancelled when I found out it did not have mapping. I got a Garmin 2620 Streetfinder instead and have been very happy with the unit. It's come in handy so many times that I wonder how I ever got along without it. As a plus, when we take the wife's SUV I can move the Garmin to her vehicle. It also works fine in my boat.

Yup! There definitely are advantages to portable aftermarket units. Power, portability, lower cost and features.
