Allison or new 6 speed auto conversion

Anyone have any updates on this ? I thought SunCoast was coming out with something for an Cummins/Allison conversion ?

yea said like another month there marketing team got ahead of themselve but the price is speculated to be around 12k to 13k and they will not even sell you just the kit if you already have an allison you have to buy the whole package are nothing

Why in gods name would you spend 12-13K for the conversion. Spend 5K on a 48RE and have a bullet proof trans that will handle more power than most would ever have. Put a Gear Vendor on the back for 4K and now you have more gears than the allison and change left over... .

yea i agree the allison will shift alittle smoother and i was seriously interested in it when they told me 8k to 10k, i just wanted to buy the kit i have an allison already but like i said earlier they will not just sell me the kit. maybe the price will go down who knows
