Allison Transmission for a 4WD?

Does Allison make a auto transmission for a 4WD truck?

saw one in one of my jeep magazines 2-3 years ago. Big, white customized 4-real-door 2nd gen Ram w/B5. 9 (tweaked to 1000lbft) 7-speed (?) Allison and 21-22" Alcoa's... Along w/ all the BOMBing necessary to do that, I think he had to move the T-case pretty far back, and adjust drive-shaft lengths (both front and rear, of course) to fit. The Allison transmission was lllloooonnnngggg

the truck's nickname was "GRAND", for both "big" and 1000lbft. . I think it's a Missouri truck.

Don't know where he got the transmission, or whether the original donor vehicle was a 4x4 or not. With that much customizing, I think it becomes a moot point. --- Can be done, but I'm pretty sure he BOMBed his wallet worse than most of us could tolerate #ad

I thought that truck had a 7 spd. Spicer (manual).

As for the Allison, use a 2wd Allison of your choice, and get a divorce mount NP205 from a mid 70's Ford.
