My truck will be out of warranty( 3/36) in about 7 weeks, It is an 04 305. I have started a list of small items that need corrected, , and am wondering of any tsb's or other problem area that may be out there,or anything else that i should check out. So far i have

1. Passenger side window slower than drivers. ( thought a TSB?)

2. Wind noise in a cross wind ( door seal or adjustment) seal looks fine

3. No under cab body plugs, just tape

door lock solenoids--one of mine no worky. That's 'bout it other than aforementioned joints. Make sure they check ALL u-joints, not just the ones on the rear shaft.

My body "plugs" (tape) have made it 134K and dozens of washes, both touchless and high volume firehose type and it's all still there. Even MN winters haven't affected the tape yet.

Ball joints, U joints and to perform any TSB's that pertain.

They won't just do TSB's if not needed but will do them to correct an issue so check out the TSB list.

Everything they have said so far... . . . I was thinking these too...

1) A/C System (Pass) side for coolness and that little door thingy that break often on III Gens :p

2) Weather Strip on front door surrounds.

I can't think of anything else, these are great trucks.

Everyone has caught most everything.

One thing I would add would be the front hubs, I caught mine a little too late and it cost a few $$ at the dealer.

You might look into purchasing extended warranty. At least on my two Toyota's, I was offered to extended them, don't know about Dodge, before the 3 year 36K mile ran out. Not a Toyota insurance. I checked them out with Toyota and found that were legal and Toyota would honor them. I'm sure there is something similar for Dodge.
