A week after modifying the banjo bolts, I developed a leak at the washer which I had reused. I phone Cummins and after going through the know it all on the phone I was told that the ones I needed where on back order. So I made a trip to less anal Cummins distributor/injector pump shop. They didn't even look up the p/n. They just matched my washer up with some that appears to be made of copper. Which by the way are working fine at a price that is much cheaper than the stock ones. (Thank you H&H. )

As for the banjo fittings, instead of opening the four existing holes up to a 187 I added four 125 holes between the existing ones. If you go this route, be careful to center your holes between the existing ones, I used a press punch to mark them. And always debur the holes and thoroughly inspect/clean out debris before reassemble.

I bought 5 'Weber' fitings by aeroquip (12mmx1. 5mm to #6 AN) and 4 90* #6 AN and 1 45* #6 AN and some 5/16" hose... eliminated them all together.

No anywhere near as 'cost effective' as drilling them out but it looks cooler:D

Hey Mark.

I know, I'm always asking you questions about your fuel system but... :p :D . Did you leave the LP in the stock location or move it closer to the tank? Oo. Thanks ahead of timeOo.

Mike hope to see you at PR on June 8th, maybe this year I can give you a better run!:)

They are changing my work hours starting Mon so I may just take you up on that offer.

It's still in the stock location w/the stock pickup. I;'ll move it when it can't keep up... and then I'll change the pickup too.

Opie,

I can't make it to PR... I'll still be in CA on june 8th. I saw on the schedule there's a test-n-tune june 7th and the chrysler drags june 8th, but bummer I can't go.

There is another test-n-tune on friday may 24th, I think I will be going. I was there last friday for test-n-tune... things went alright, but not like I had hoped (need more fuel).

After ridding myself of my banjo bolts I cannot drag my FP below 11psi... I'm idleing at 14-15 cruising 13-14 (usually 14) and WOT never falls below 11.

as long as the lift pump holds up. . removing the banjos seems to be the ticket.

Mark
