Hi All!

This may be beneficial to those of you that live in an area that has a “Case” farm tractor/implement dealer close to your residence. Maybe other farm/implement manufactures also use Cummins engines. It may be “old” information for a lot of owners, but I thought that there are some members that could use it.

The other day when driving by our local Case dealer the thought came to me that just maybe they use our faithful Cummins engines in some of their equipment. Viola! I hit pay dirt! I purchased (2) Cummins Fleetguard StrataPore #LF3894 oil filters for $7. 92 ea.

The parts man said that they have a “almost” complete line of Cummins repair parts.

I guess that the best thing is to call your local Case dealer and ask them directly. I would think that prices would vary from dealer to dealer and area to area.

How much for a lift pump?;)

I don't know for sure if it would be a different pump than ours or not. The biggest B series that I'm aware of that they use is approx. 130-140 hp. After that they go to the 8. 3 C series and up.

I just came from Cummins and purchased a case of LF 3894 filters at $7. 61 ea. Cummins has them on sale , 25% off, 'til the end of August. The regular price at Cummins is $10,15 ea. , there was a price increase on July 1.

I will be stopping tomorrow for some Fuel Filters, didn't have the filter No. with me today.

I just saw a post recently that Jannetty's has lift pumps for $120 ea, check out their web site, I found this after I paid $148 from Cummins.
