I had decided on using the forged Alcoa Mickey Thompson Classics in 16 X 8 on my '97 2500 and either the Interco TRXUS 285's with the 10 ply sidewall or go extreme with 315's of some sort. Now the Alcoa MT Classics are in short supply as Alcoa no longer makes them and Mickey Thompson is out of stock.
The question is, do I look high and low for someone with a few remaining in stock and buy them now, putting off much needed
HorsePower gains, or does anyone out there have some alternative FORGED wheel suggestions? I will add the Skyjacker leveling kit to the front, making a somewhat larger tire wheel combination a possibility.
What's a dieselhead to do?
