Alternator / Arc welder

Is anyone running one of these arc welders that use a replacement heavy duty alternator and control box? If so, where did you buy it and how good does it work? <hr>

I'd like to do some occasional fence repair and an upgrade like this would be really handy.

I'm running the Premier Power Welder on my Jeep. Works awesome. It's saved us on the trail a few times. The portable MIG is convenient but requires clean surfaces. Don't know of many Jeeps that don't leak fluid of some sort. The portable MIG is plug-n-play with the Premier if you decide to buy the MIG later.
