Alternator Mounting Bracket

Have you been in touch with customer no service at 1800-992-1997. Thats a outlandish time frame. Has anyone else on board here had one replaced in the time frame yours has been ordered?If they have then the dealer/parts dept or ?Has been screwing up. Or do they have THAT many to replace. Whats the skinny on this. Oo.

I went to dealer No. 1. They said they could not get the part until D. C. released it. I called dealer No. 2 on a Wednesday, part came in Friday morning,(2 days later) and truck was fixed that afternoon.
