Polishing fiberglass

I've been looking at used trailers in both brands. Both are 26'.

I currently have a 24' Chateau, but it's showing it's age.

I really like the center bathroom layout on the Eagle, and the front BR, rear living area with the slideout on the Alumascape is really nice. Both have very comfortable floor plans, though I lean towards the Eagle's slightly, even though it lacks the slideout. I like that both have two doors also.

Does anyone have something to say for, or against either one of these trailers? Anything to look for?

TIA

Eric

My son-in-law and I have both had several TT, fivers, etc. The best upgrade we ever bought was something with a slideout. If they are well sealed and reliable, slideouts are worth the money.

Jayco Eagle

Eric I have a 1994 Jayco Eagle 32' TT got it new and I love it. The only thing I have ever had to do to it is clean it :D

We use it most in the winter to Snowmobile out of but have pulled it in the summer also.

Good Luck

Cliff

I have the 1996 Jayco Eagle TT 27ft. Very good unit , no problems. I like the HR too, both good trailers, be hard to go wrong on either, I would go with the slideout tho.

Eagle vs Alumascape

Hands down, Alumascape by HR. Slide is great for the extra floor space, but it really is a personnal choice thing. I've looked at new TT's this year without slides that were very nice. Not much I can say about the Eagle series.
