Never hauled that much in these dodges but in an old 70 F350 (actually a 370) that had a 12,000 GVW (not sure what the GCW was), took it way over the "limit" and it held up fine - only main thing was springs up front (2wd) were not heavyduty enough, and did not keep level when braking, and wore out the front tires real quick. I had probably 18,000 lbs, not including the truck and the trailer. So I would pay attention to how the front end is doing when braking because that is where all the weight goes.
