Insisting on running only B-20 Bio-diesel in my 92? Its a pain to remeber to get to the distributor before they close at night, plus they aren't open on weekendsOo.
Ah,John is it?. I have forgotten your first name. Any how, the Diesel Dragster uses biodiesel. If it's good enough for them... ... ... ... . A story in my latest School Bus News reported on a school district using biodiesel to power the entire fleet. Cost them some money up front. Not certain as to what the changes involved. It has proofen it's self for their application.
My distributor will not handle it. There is a local coop who does.
IMO there are controlling interests in government who will NOT allow biodiesel to become prominent. If you know what I'm getting at. Ethanol is in the same boat. BTW do you really believe that given todays technology, we still don't have vehicles on the road by the hundred thousands that achieve 60 MPG. Think about it.
AHHH, Santa has on Aux Fuel tank on my list. The only reason I have access to it, is the distributor who supplies the DOE Site in Aiken SC has to have it for them.
Continueing my rambling, my distributor will also sell me any percentage Bio I want by the tank. These guys are good, just due to the new terror regulations, the terminal has to be locked down at night, so I can't just roll in and fuel up. The aux tank will alleviate the aggrevation a bit.
