Yeah, it's for real. This company provides kits so you or a custom shop can build one. They have cars/boats that looks like a ram, jeep, or a camaro.

Python Base looks to be more along the lines of an SSR rather than a ram, Has Corvette engine and prices start at 200K... ... .

I guess it would be a cool way to beat the commute if you were in an area where the waterways bypassed the highway, but still very expensive.
