I have an Amsoil Dual Remote Bypass system installed and just switched to their Series 3000 5W-30 HDD synthetic at the last oil change interval (prior to that I was using Amsoil 15W-40 HDD&M). I have adopted the following oil change/filter plan: full flow filter at 7. 5k (+ oil analysis and 1. 5 qts. of makeup oil), oil, full flow filter and bypass filter at 15k (+ oil analysis). I know many go longer however, I feel it is better to err on the safe side... no offense Amsoilman (I'm new to this extended drain thing... I've known about it for many years, you know, it's the old dog, new tricks thing
