Amsoil partners with Donaldson HD Oil Filters

Amsoil has now partnered with Donaldson Company INC. a leading worldwide Manufacturer of Filtration Systems in the HEAVY DUTY DIESEL field.



Our Trucks with the CUMMINS are considered Heavy Duty, so Donaldson Filters are available for the CUMMINS engine. Powerstroke and Duramax are not considered heavy Duty, so Donaldson is not available to them.

That's good news Wayne - wonder if you have followed the "improved BHAF" thread that revolves around a Donaldson air filter element? Sure would be neat to see them come out with a complete upgraded system for our trucks, as opposed to just a direct stock replacement unit...

You have touched on a good subject, as they are planning on doing just that! I do not know just how lomg it will be, but it is in the works.

cant speak for the duramax,but here is the donaldson #for the oil filter for 7. 3 engines, p550784. atleast thats the number of the donaldson filter on my international 4600. funny how hundreds of thousands of miles are put on those 7. 3 engines in medium duty trucks[trucks that they were built expressly for],but some still say they are light duty.

same goes for the vt365... . that was in medium duty application before the 6. 0psd came out
