I have a 99 and i am currently runing a single amsoil bypass filter, in the future i would like to install a set if twin turbos. how would i go about doing this if i only have 1 oil feed for the 2 turbos. Is there another way to hook up the amsoil filter so that it does not use the oil feed on top of the oilfilter housting?

Why can't you just use a T fitting ?? 1 side would be the feed from the filter housing, the other side is the pressure side going to the amzoil bypass system, the 3rd side feeding fresh, pressurized oil to the twins.

Another thought might be hook the return line from the Amzoil to the twins, that way they get fresher, cleaner oil. How much pressure loss can be measured accross the Amzoil bypass ??

Correct me if i'm worng

iv thought of that but i dont know if the turbo that is conected to the T fitting would be getting enough oil. one other thought that i had was to replace the oilfiter housing with one for a 3rd gen truck since they have 3 oil ports on them insted if the 2 that my 2nd gen has. i have not done any reserch in to this yet. does any one know if this is posible or would the T fitting be a better idea? What would this do to the oil pressure?

In Jegs and Summit Racing's catalog they have "Y" type AN fittings available is several different sizes. Use the single turbo oil feed line to the "Y", then run 2 lines oil lines from the "Y" to each turbo's oil inlet fitting. You can have lines made at just about any Hydraulic shop or a good speed shop can do it. Then you'll have some nice eyecandy when you pop the hood.

My twins are going on in the next month or so and I will be dealing with a location issue. I run the dual bypass system mounted on the battery right where the piping will be making its sweep back to the HT3B.

I still have not come up with a location that it can be mounted. I still want to run the bypass system because it will make it much easier to change the filters with the twins. .
