I not only sell it, but I run it in everything I own. My '02 CTD, my wife's '04 VW Passat, my snowblower, generator, pressure washer, air compressor, chainsaws, weed wackers, lawn mower, and boat.
Yep, they make specific products for all that. Oo.
I have a 1999 Dodge 3500 drw that I switched to Amsoil at 30,000 miles.
I run it 10k then chnge the filter and top it off, run another 10k and repeat the filter change and top it off and run it another 10k then change everything and start over with the same schedule. I had the valves adjusted by Cummins in Harrisburg at 160,000 miles and the mechanic said that either you run very good oil or you change it real often or both because the is no sludge in the top of the engine. I've switched the entire truck to Amsoil products. It's been the best thing I ever did. If you compare the cost of other oils that you change every 5000 miles the Amsoil is cheap.
1999 Ram 3500 dually, K&N, rhino clutch, Air bags, 115 gallon auxillary fuel tank
Not trying to sell Amsoil but, I switched two cars over to it two years ago, all were high milage when I got them. Went to adding bypass systems on them this year and just added the Dodge to the list with Amsoil and a bypass this fall. I change filters and add new to make up any lost fluid. My mileages are up and expenses have decreased substaintionaly. Yes, its expensive buts it way cheaper in the long run plus better protection. Sign up to be a Preferred Customer and you can get it at dealer cost!!!!
I have especially noticed the difference since it has been colder ,with startup on the dodge and my JD tractors and skidloader ... ..... Man , I hate sounding like an advertisement because , Im not getting paid ! I think results speak for itself.
I not only sell it but use it in all my vehicle. I think it is the best stuff that is why I am a dealer. I dont make much money doing it (i am not a salesman) but I get to buy it a little cheaper.
I run Amsoil in all of my fluids on my Ram 4x4, Im using 85/140 in the rear axle, 75/90 in the front axle and Amsoil super shift ATF in the trans. Everything looks and smells like new. All fluids have 45000 miles on them, and I pull a 30 foot camper so I use the best oil money can buy. I would rather change oil than a transmission. . S Devries 2002 ram 2500 4x4 4in exh, Diablo power puck, all gauges and ALOT of amsoil.
