Can someone please tell me where I can buy some Amsoil motor oil please? I keep having issues with their website. I need to change the oil in my truck soon and want to put some Amsoil in it. Thank you.

Thanks. I didn't call that number yet but I checked these sites out yesterday and didn't really find anything useful. I would like to get some from someone locally who is a dealer or something. I paid the $20. 00 to become a preferred customer whatever that is, then I'm going to upgrade to a dealer myself.

If you already paid the $20. 00 you aren't going to get the oil any cheaper than if you buy it yourself. Call the number and they will ship it to your door in about 3-4 days.

I recently ordered 4-1g jug case of their 15w-40 Diesel oil thru their web site. Was shipped and billed for 2-2+1/2g jugs. This fact combined with 2 e-mails sent to Amsoil's customer Service (to which I received no replies) and the fact that I find their WEB page unusually comfusing and difficult to navigate caused me to write a letter to their President. I did this, more to get it off my chest than to try and change things.

Suprisingly, I received a personal phone call from Joe A. , Amsoil's president, apologizing for the above and promising that he did not want his company doing business this way. He said a personal letter was going to follow after he "looked into" what I had said.

I know they have a quality product. Obviously they have some personel problems but, IMHO, their President is a class act.

I had the same problem. See threads from about Feb 2003 somewhere. I also got a personal letter from the pres. + a years membership free and a case of free 15w40.

AMSOIL has a distribution center at 4545 North Lamb Blvd in Las Vegas, NV. Phone is 702-644-2060. You can probvably get your products directly from them. I did that a few years ago when AMSOIL had a distribution center in California. I you are signed up as a dealer I am sure you can buy direct.

We order thousands of dollars a year in Amsoil products. We are a commercial user not a dealer or distributor. Our prices (that we pay) are less but we have to agree not to resell. Point is we have been and continue to recieve excellant service and timely(1-2 days max) shipping.
