I found an 03 3500 dually 6 speed with 92k miles. Seems pretty high judging from the year. Does anyone have any suggestions what I should look out for before I make the plunge??

Make sure injection pump is dry(its covered 100k)Check for oil leaks(also covered 100k)and the rest is usual inspection of a used vehicle. Brakes, shocks, belt, ball joints,u/joints/condition of fliuds/diffs and trans. Any maintance records?

That's not all that bad for a 2yr old truck. I know a guy who puts on 100k/yr hauling pigs. He takes VERY good care of his trucks. He trades annually, or every 100k.

I have just over 102k on my 03. Zero engine problems, no vibe or knock. U-joints and ball joints, on the other hand, are another story.

So I shouldn't be worried about the miles?? How about the Ball Joints. They most likely would not be covered under factory warranty.

Its 7/70 POWERTRAIN(trans/axels/u/joints etc. ) and 7/100 on the ENGINE including injectors/injection pump and ENGINE read your owners manual. Dodge has ALWAYS done their own warranty.
