Well, I agreed with the first verdict, can't say the same for the second. I felt the death penalty should have applied but like I said above, the decision should be final and I accept the finding of the jury. They had all the facts in front of them and they were the ones that had to decide her fate. Sorry she will be eligble for parole in 40 years but she might have a chance to visit her kids graves that way if she lives long enough.
Now we will have to listen to all of the BS about how she is crazy and should be found innocent due to insanity. Too bad when this sort of thing happens that once the decision is out, that is the end of the discussion.
