Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Had a reaaaaaaly annoying squeak inside the cab on my new truck, just flipped 10k miles.. Thought it was something in the dash squeaking cus it would usually happen when riding over a bump/etc..
Finally nailed it down, had to lean on the manual 4x4 lever, to the right, and the squeak stopped.. Gooped it up with some ATF fluid, squeak is gone..
Anyone else have the squeak? Seems like it was something on the left side of the lever, rubbing against the transmission housing. Trucks with electronic 4x4 prob wouldnt have this issue
