Annual Gathering At Mikes In Nd!

This sounds like a great time. If its at all possible Id like to check it out. What kind of turnout do they usually get?

I just got the go ahead from the wife so Im planning on being there Oo.

I really,really want to see my truck on the dyno.

What time do you fellas plan on arriving at Mikes?

Glad you can make it...

Some show up late morning say 11 - noon. We try to get things going between noon and 1pm. The week before we should try and get a head count for those of you that want to run on the dyno. I will let Mike know so he can plan accordingly. I would call ahead if you plan on any "other work" as the day gets pretty tied up with watching dyno runs and now with Mikes new engine Dyno.



John and I will have some lunch for everyone before we head out later in the afternnoon. Sounds like John will be serving his award winning HBR's.

Josh. . I know an easy way. Just go out and hold that thing to the rugs, way past redline until the knock stops. It's simple really. *WARNING* Preceeding the knock stoppage there may be a big bang, but I'm sure that'll stop the knock.

Funny thing is..... I have 4,000rpm valve springs and only a 3kGsk. :{



I think I'd rather drive it till the knock went away then to sit there with ear plugs in!

Hey Gerald! Souinds like it will be me, you, JJW and BillVOmeeting at the Oasis Truck Stop and then cruising. I'm waiting for JJW to say the time but I'm ready. Mine's a puppy! If anyone's embarrassed it'll be me after spending the money on the "trick of week". JJW is the one to watch... ..... Or maybe BillVO, he could be sandbagging us but my truck is not the one to watch!

Yes I will bring my O-rings. I just got back from riding in some really deep snow... ... ... . it rocked, till I came home, what a mess. Anyway as I am catching up on things I wish I had read this thread sooner. Billy I picked up my daughter in Menominee yesterday, I could have grabbed them then since I had the truck. Might be able to head over there some time this week to get them I will let you know. Otherwise next Sunday is the soonest I would be over there.

I did not make it to Industrial Injection, to much snow the passes were closed in and out of where I was at for 3 days, so I was nervous about heading to Salt Lake. I will still have my extra air, as Brady is sending me out the latest and greatest... ... ... ... . sorry Fat Kid.

You know I just did that run from Fargo... ... ... ... ... man does it suck. Nothing to see and MN drivers have to be the worst along side of New York... ..... sorry MN but some of you do deserve a little soot in the on your ride... ... ... . including the coppers, my thought was he shouldn't be so close to me, so I let a puff out to back him off, worked, and no I didn't get pulled over... . lol.

See you guys Saturday, and I will probably spin the rollers, but have bigger injectors soon on the way.
