Snowplowing website

The past couple of days I've been having some weird things happen, as soon as I log on the internet, or as I'm surfing, I have windows pop up on my task bar. They don't open a window on the screen, they stay open for maybe ten seconds or so, then they close themselves. I don't have anything showing up in history (I use Microsoft explorer), normally if you get a pop up ad it will show up. I have Zone Alarm firewall installed, but it's telling me that these windows are internet explorer, so it's allowing it to go through.

Does anyone know of any free spyware software that can search for crap like this?

I'm also wondering if it's Microsoft doing this-that would make sense if my firewall program is telling me that explorer is opening the window.

Thoughts?

WOW!

I downloaded the software (thanks for the links), I had over 100 "bad" hits on garbage that was floating around my PC. I was probably the guy that's sending you all those male enhancement ads... .

thanks again
