You would think if Ford did own Cummins. . they would put a few of those engines in their PU... just to see if they could sell thousands and thousands of trucks... ya know. . like Dodge. I mean just for a test... not that it's a better engine than the powerstroke or anything... . but just to see if they could sell thousands and thousands of trucks... like Dodge. Not that it's better... but just to see!

GET A LIFE FORD OWNERS... ... . you own a gas engine with diesel heads and thats all it's ever been. Know in the diesel business as "POS".

Now... ... . go out and buy a Cummins... ... . it'll be the first real truck you ever owned.

A guy at work just this last week told me Ford owned Cummins. He just "knew" that Ford had bought enough shares to control Cummins. He read it in 4 Wheeler Mag. I told him that way back in the 90's Ford had bought some share but Cummins bought them back. Then I showed him the Cummins website. Also showed him the Ford website that displays all the main companies Ford owns. He still didn't believe me and said he'd go research it and prove me wrong. I should bet him lunch.

Go check out the Cummins web site. Cummins denies any Ford stake in the company. I think it's just the Ford guys spreading rumors because their trucks suck.

IMO the trucks are great, it's the engines that suck. Interiors don't get much nicer than a King Ranch.
