Another Fuel Additive question

I have used BG products with great success in gassers. I recently ran across a fuel lubricant by them. Diesel Fuel Lubricant with conditioner, part no227D.

Instructions say 2oz per 40 gallons of diesel. Has anybody done an analysis on this product? Anybody want to offer their opinions(I know that is the understatement of the century)?

Fuel Additive ?

Have not used this product. As a heavy user of additives of a number of brands and some of my own I question how good this one could be based on the ratio. 2 oz. /40 gallors of fuel. I generally use 20 oz/ per 45 gallon which is pretty close to the factory reccomended ratio for the brands that I use. I use additive for gelling in the winter traveling north and the rest of the year for lubrication of the pump and cleaning of injector tips. Let us know what you find out. R C
