Hey all,

I've read through almost all of the posts about Grid heaters and I'm still confused with why the grid heaters aren't working.

I replaced the Relays with the Stanco replacements today as described in another thread. The relays engage when i turn the key however there's no voltage drop on the needle or dimming of the cab lights thus indicating no current drain, right? If I disonnect the gnd wire on the intake horn i can measure 12 volts off the gnd side of the heater, so seems like all should be ok. I've even gone so far as to jumper from the battery to the positive side of the grid heater thinking I'd see the underhood light dim but no effect.

In all the posts I've read nobody has needed to replace the Grid Heater itself, but I'm not sure what else it could be.

Thoughts/Suggestions?
