Would you buy a house, which the last owner shot himself in?

I would personally would have no problem with it(as long as I didnt have to do cleanup) The house didnt kill the person, they did!

Absolutely, people die in homes every day from old age or terminal illness. Just because the person died from a self inflicted GSW doesn't make his death any more real than if he died another way.
