It doesn't sound like obedience to our laws is of great importance to her since she scammed B of A out of $60,000 and then wired the money to Nigeria!



This is only 1 "Immigrant". $60,000 net loss to America on this one crime. How many more has she committed and gotten away with?



I will give her points for being an Ingenious Criminal Immigrant. Most of the poor unwashed Immigrants only scam us out of food stamps and welfare payments and hospital bills... oh yes, and they take our jobs too, but no one is counting jobs anymore.



I can't go to the Hosp. and not pay for it, but ANY poor Immigrant female over 13 can have a baby ($25,000), get sewn up after a gunfight ($5,000 on up to $400,000 per year if paralyzed) get put back together after a drunken car wreck, ($10,000 on up) or just go because they have the flu. (Yes, hospital emergency rooms are the MD offices for Immigrants--and we pay for it--and that is one reason why hospital emergency rooms in big cities are closing. )



We are swallowing a huge debt due to the Invasion of Immigrants. They are net Tax Consumers. Why are we allowing this?

Please... . Give it a rest. If they are paying into the system they deserve to use the system. If they're working then they should be paying into the system thru taxes. Could it be that the 'american' employer is skirting the law by hiring them?



And the 'taking our jobs' argument needs updating. I can't tell you the last time I saw an illegal immigrant interviewing for the same job I was.

NVR FNSH what are you doing up at this hour? It's 2:00 am in the boonies of Colorado! A place where there aren't too many Immigrants I might add! (Or is it Champane Flight who is from Col? I forget--it's late!)



I used to be a finish carpenter. Today there are no White, American-born finish carpenters in So. Cal now--well there might be 4 left, but all the rest moved, or had to find new jobs in the 1980's as the TIDAL WAVE of Immigration washed over us, and the Immigrants were all willing to work for far less than we were getting. In 2000, I did 4 months of Finish Carp. work on a 5,000 Sq. Ft. Mansion for 10 bucks an hour just because I needed to work--I was the only White guy on the job. Lots of Mexicans were working there--and most of them didn't know diddly squat about whatever "trade" they were trying to do. Didn't seem to bother the General much. He knew if Mexican "A" screwed the job up, they could hire Mexican "B" for the same low wages and give him a try. The owner never came out to the site except on Fri. afternoon, and home owners here don't know anything about construction anyway.



Black guys in L. A. used to all be the Janitors in the large buildings downtown. That all changed in the 1980's as the tidal wave of Immigration hit. Now the big buildings are all cleaned by squads of Illegals--I know that because every once in a while the INS busts a crew of them and the paper reports it. I don't know what happened to all the black janitors but it probably was very hard for them.



And as for the Immigrants paying into the system. They pay IN a little bit in and they take OUT a WHOLE LOT out. What is it about $25,000 Immigrant childbirths that you don't understand? My friend Shelley is a Nurse. Several of her patients in various long-term nursing homes are young Mexican gang members paralyzed by gunfire. Her figure was $600,000 per year to take care of ONE paralyzed Mexican gang member--I posted it as $400,000 because I didn't think anyone would believe it was really $600,000, but that is the true figure that she told me and she is a LIBERAL DEM!



ENOUGH! End Immigration before it ends us!

Around here we have the illegal Mexicans working in the nurseries. A friend hired some for his landscaping company and he said they all had the same social security number. They're over running small towns in northern Ohio. The nurseries hire them and they rent a house in town and 25 of them move in and split the rent!

Missouri now has about 15% Mexican Immigrant population, with all the crime, chaos and contempt for America that these people bring with them.

A federal court ruled yesterday a Florida hospital that provided over $2 million in care to an injured illegal alien was wrong to send him back to Guatemala, which means the man could possibly travel back to the U. S. for additional medical treatment.



Yesterday's action by the 4th District Court of Appeals reverses a June court order by Circuit Judge John E. Fennelly that authorized Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart, Fla. , to charter a jet to fly brain-damaged Luis Alberto Jimenez to a hospital in his home country of Guatemala.



According to a report in the Stuart News, the appeals court unanimously found Fennelly had no authority to authorize Jimenez's return to Guatemala. It also concluded hospital officials failed to present "competent substantial evidence" to support Jimenez's discharge.



Now, Jimenez's family is hoping he can be returned to the U. S. for further treatment and are considering suing the small hospital.



Jimenez suffered brain injuries in a 2000 car wreck and spent two years at Martin Memorial, racking up more than $2 million in unpaid medical bills.



Attorney Michael Banks told the paper the family will "hopefully try and bring Luis Jimenez back so he can get the proper treatment that he needs. "



According to the report, Jimenez spent less than two weeks at the Guatemalan hospital before he was discharged because he couldn't pay his bill. The 32-year-old now stays at his mother's home in Guatemala.



Martin Memorial spokesman Miguel Coty said the hospital was weighing its options.



"We respectfully disagree with the court's decision and we will be looking to review this and analyze it to determine our next step," he is quoted as saying.



The Federation for American Immigration Reform strongly disagreed with the ruling.



"It makes no sense to be providing beyond-emergency medical care to people who do not belong in the country after the point at which their medical condition is stabilized," Jack Martin, special projects director for FAIR, told WorldNetDaily.



"It doesn't make any sense to expect the American taxpayer to continue to pick up the tab for treatment for someone who doesn't belong in the country. That should be the responsibility of the person's own government, rather than ours. "



Martin said his organization is opposed to any effort to bring Jimenez back to the U. S. , noting, "He didn't belong in the country in the first place. "

I read rrausch's article and then remember an article I read a month or so back. An American with a Hispanic surname gets injured in Mexico and the hospital refuses to let them leave until they cough up $16K(?).



In cash. No check, credit card, insurance claim. Cash.



I would like to see a policy whereby these deadbeats worked as indentured servants until their bill is paid. If I needed brush cleared and fences built, I could hire one and the money would go to the creditor. Win-win

Whoa, guys, it is not just the cities!

In all areas of Oregon and Washington where agriculture is a significant factor, virtually all field work is done by Mexicans and a very substantial number are illegals. (one factor however is that it is next to impossible to find local people who will do the hard physical labor involved---a friend who operated pear orchards, candidly admitted that he used illegals, saying that but for illegals, he would be unable to harvest his pears)



Back in the '70's, INS would deport the illegals that were picked up for various reasons, we would see bus loads leave southern Oregon regularly. Now they rarely bother becouse the deported illegal will nearly beat the bus back.



On many occasions, I would see an illegal in court on some minor crime, and see them back in court within a month---after they had been deported.

bighammer, I agree with you in some ways. I too have seen many honest, hardworking, industrious Mexican Immigrants. People I have admired and welcomed. People I have worked beside, eaten lunch with and liked.



But I also see the dark side of Immigration. I've seen the Mexican gangs and the open contempt and hatred for White people. I was very Liberal about Immigrants and Mexican Immigration when I first came to L. A. 25 years ago. The first time a Mex. gang member threatened me I chalked it up to his being a sore-head. About the 10th time it happened I began to detect a pattern! This is what happened: I was in a laundromat, doing my wash, and a big husky, healthy, shaved-head Mexican kid, about 20 drove up and parked in the handicapped parking space. He kept his car in the handicapped space the whole time he was there. (he had a handicapped placard hanging from his mirror) I had to park 3 times as far away because all the legal places were taken. Not him. So we do our laundry, and I didn't say anything to him until he was folding his clothes. And I said, "How come you have that handicapped plackard, you're not handicapped!" And he began to threaten me. He went on and on about how "old guys" who didn't "mind their own business" got beaten up and left in the gutter with their teeth kicked out. Now he was very smart, and didn't legally threaten me, he only told me this is what happened to "old guys" who "didn't mind their own business". I didn't say much back, I just observed him. But as he left he said, "I ought'a put some acid in your face, that would teach you. " Now THAT was a threat. So I jumped up and got in his face and very eagerly, very softly said, "What did you say?" I wanted him to repeat it. Well, he got a little nervous because of what I had done--I guess most of his "victims" showed fear or ran. And I hadn't. He left and I turned around and used the pay phone to call 911. Cops never showed. I guess it was a busy night for them. I left after my wash was done. I gave them my name, but they never contacted me. I didn't go back to that laundromat for a year or so. And this was in White Santa Monica!



According to the L. A. Times, 60% of the members of the Hispanic Street gangs in L. A. are Illegal Aliens.

rrausch - I'm not sure about NVR FNSH, but I am from Colorado, and I am here to tell you that we are armpit deep in Mexican illegal nationals and knee deep in the rest. Granted we are not as bad as some of the border states, but this is something that has grown soooo much in the last 10 years that it is still a bit of a culture shock. When I graduated in '89, a Mexican immagrant in Colorado at any time but during harvest was a novelty. Now it's common place.



Two or three years ago, there was a busing company that was indicted and shut down for their little pipeline out of Mexico (in operation for over 5 years). 50% of their passengers on the trips back across the border were illegals, and they would plan their crossing at midnight during the shift change because nobody wanted to take the time to check out a full load at the beginning or end of their shift, or the FNG's didn't know better.



The INS here is overwhelmed and when they do catch the van/truck loads of them, they just take a count, tell them that it is not a safe way to travel with 20 people in a vehicle designed to carry 8 and send them on their way.



Half of the fast food joints are 100% staffed by them, and you can't place your order if you don't speak spanish.



During my last unemployment stint, I was denied several jobs because I did not speak Spanish... "You can't communicate with your co-workers" Well excuse the f#@k out of me. Why is it every other nationality at least has the courtesy to learn our language (english) before coming over, but the southerners are better than us, so we have to learn theirs?

Illegal Immigration in Colorado

144,000 illegal immigrants resided in Colorado as of 2000, according to INS figures. This is 122 percent higher than the previous INS estimate in 1996 and 255 percent higher than the estimate for 1992, giving Colorado the tenth largest illegal alien population in the country.



In spite of the recent economic downturn, illegal immigrants continue to flood into Colorado. A record 12,138 illegal immigrants were arrested in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah in 2002, a 12-fold increase in three years. This was a 32 percent jump over 2001 in arrests, most of which (9,747) were made in Colorado. Illegal immigration comes at a heavy cost to Coloradoans, creating a variety of costs like health care and education, at a time when the state is burdened with a predicted $900 million deficit by 2004.



Colorado authorities requested compensation of $24 million from the federal government in FY’99 for the incarceration of illegal aliens in state and local jails and prisons (under the federal State Criminal Alien Assistance Program, or SCAAP), but it received only $9. 2 million in compensation, leaving $14. 8 in uncompensated costs to be borne by Colorado taxpayers.

The primary for the state of Montana is coming up and in the paper today the Sectetary of State ran an ad saying that a Costco Card, welfare check, student loan papers and various other forms of "ID" are acceptable to vote with. If they can do it in Montana they can do it anywhere. Coming to a town near YOU fellas. Illegal immigration is the single biggest problem that America faces.
