Union grove Wi pulls 9th and 10th

"Diesel Fest" June 9-10 Union Grove WI / Drags & DHRA Pull

Well I made it home after a brief stop in some honky town where the crazy girls in Fords needed an education in power. Wow what a Birthday! I may have to come party in Joliet more often too. Alpha 2 rocks! Thanks for putting on the meet... won't be a weekend I will soon forget! BTW... Illinois state police can't take a joke... LOL... . they don't appreciate REAL power in the least! Beware... . don't always smoke a tailgater!

Passing out now,,,Chris

Sorry I missed you all yesterday. :( Got back soon enough from my run to come out, but I was needing sleep.

Sooooo, who had the best numbers? :D Depending on who showed up, my guess would be Wayne or Dennis.

Anyone with video willing to share? Oo. Oo.

Glad we got to meet up with you guys, it was just too bad I couldnt stick around longer. I'll get to work on another dyno date for fall at a different place.

Bryan, I put down 326 with my Hypertech and injectors. It was a fun trip but the beer was kinda kicking my arse from the night before.

Nice numbers Chris. :D Hit the rollers after all, eh? :)

I was hoping to do a turbo swap, and get some before and after numbers. Have a HTT HTB2 64/14 to go on, once it gets a 2nd gen turbine housing. May need other work as well. Not sure yet.

Bummer Dennis. :(

Waynes numbers were on #2 only, right? Sounds low if he was running water.

Hey guy's, sorry I had to leave early, but I had a full schedule that day! At least I can put some faces with name's now! How many showed up and what were the number's looking like! I guess I need to do some homework so I can get to that 400hp/900tq mark! 355/722 is'nt what I was expecting. It was kind of a let down. I guess that's better than the 325/ 318 I think it was when we were getting the dyno dialed in for our truck's :-laf ! Thank's for getting that straightened out Dennis! I guess I should start saving for a turbo and stud's! Bye the way, did you guy's like that sweet nice brown color on my turbo  ! I hope it hold's up! I'll be heading up to union grove next weekend to spectate probably and I'm sure I'll see someone there. Take care! :)

O. K. , now I was just thinking! I thought I read a while back somewhere that someone saw better number's when they turned their box down a little  ?! Can to much fuel maybe hurt number's with a stock turbo? I wish I would have tried different setting's since I did like 8 run's trying to figure out what was going on :-laf ! But seriously, is this a possibility that maybe with my set up there is a sweet spot? When I just had the box, before the injector's in Col. at a higher altitude, I put down 318/718. My base run now with 125hp injector's and the box off was 295/540 roughly! So I turn my box all the way up and it only put's me at 355/722! Something doesn't seem right! I know this isn't the problem but I bought a new IAT sensor today since it's never been changed and I read it can mess with fueling! I don't know. I'm just flustered since I really wanted at least 380hp! Sorry I'm ranting! :D

Rant Away. It was funny, just after you left quite a few people showed up. We finished up around noon and went for a great group lunch at Golden Corrall. I believe this is the most accurate dyno I have seen. Seems the numbers were right on. I wished I could have run as I would have given Wayne a run for his money.

Dennis

Hey Wayne, Here's a pic of your twin that I got home Monday. It isn't as perty as yours but I want to break 500 HP with it by this time next year. See ya then! LOL, Chris
