Another P0514, can't dump it

Hi Folks,



Just got a P0514 fault on my 04. 5 last night. (after 8hrs at 19*F plugged in) Tried with two different scan tools to dump it and I can't clear the stupid thing. Will the code clear itself after the temp sensors are getting along again?



I read while searching this topic that a fellow member had his clear after 5 starts.



I have a block heater and batt blankets installed, so I know why it's happening, but I can't understand why I can't clear the code.



Any thoughts?

Is the check engine light on,If not ,ignore it,I have seen 03/04 truck have it from New to Present.
