Another PM question

Why can't you send PM's to certain people?





I noticed HVAC can't have PM's sent to him. . Why Not?





I searched the board for 30 minutes, and HVAC was the only one who didn't have a PM option. What gives?

Anyone can turn off private messages in their user control panel if they don't want to receive them. A more through search would show there are a few more members besides HVAC who wish not to receive PMs, I can think of at least five more offhand.
