I was an EMT at Lake Mead for many years. All the, so called, accidents involving children was just from stupid parents. I helped pull a 12 year old girl from the lake in six feet of water and three feet from shore. Her father could not swim and he just stood there and watch his child die. I seen kids operating PWC and get killed or injured. It is hard for me to see these things and try to keep quite when I really just want to lay into them. The dumbest body recover I had was a woman, who her husband tied her to the boat because she was hesterical because the boat was sinking.

There is no minimum age for driving Ag equipment is there? I don't see why an 11 YO couldn't back a boat trailer IF he/she was shown how. I've seen plenty of young kids riding dirt bikes... . I drove across town by myself when I was 13(?) because my mom & I had to pick up the other car and my dad was out of town.



It's terrble tragedy - I live in Santa Rosa - that hit's way too close to home, literally.

What a waste of humanity. Those poor kids, if I was a Canadian I would demand she not be deported, I would be happy to pay my share to keep a piece of cr@p like that in prison for the rest of her life.

I wouldn't jail the girl, I'd let Canada deport her if Texas would import her to the chair!!

Prison is way too good for her-in fact the chair may be too good for her! Torture sounds pretty good-maybe she should be locked in a room without food and water for the duration just like she perpetuated on her kids... ... .



I have no idea what Japanese prisons are like-I find it hard to believe they could be softer than Canadian ones but I suppose the remote possibility exists. A Canadian women's prison would be pretty much a walk in the park for her I'm thinking unless the inmates decided to exact justice on her themselves.



Every time I think about worthless scum like her I get !

I wonder if they would even put her in prison in Japan. If you broke another country's law would they put you in jail if you were deported back to your home country. Just wondering. That's why I was in favor of keeping her in Canada.
