Just got my DTT works done and man what a difference this thing makes, I'm really impressed and very happy with it . Now I have one of these:D :D OK maybe more all the time. Why don't these trucks come from factory like that? All I can say it is worth every penny on this mod and probably the best mod anyone can make.

27k on the clock and my OD was smoked, although I have mods on the truck I don 't race or beat on it. My OD clutches were smoked due to the factory having the wrong shims and clearances not properly adjusted.

I want to thank Massdiesel and staff for his expertise and professional services, this guy really knows his stuff and is highly recommended to anyone. By the way you can check him out at his Web Site

Thanks Scott and others.

Ps. let's keep this thread civilized and not get into another trans:-{} And NO I'm not affiliated with anyone and will NOT post any invoice prices.

Just a happy camper,

Fred, Heyboss, shine boy FRodrigues, Volvo smoker and the proud patent of Happy Juice.

WoohooOo. Oo. Oo. ... ... ... ... ..... another happy customer from Massdiesel.

Way to go Fred. I knew you would be happier once you had that done.

I agree... What was Chrysler thinking when they decided to put in that TC???? Looks like you are just as happy as I am :D Feels good doesnt it...

Congratulations on your transmission upgrade.

These aftermarket trannys are superior and a blast to drive over the OEM stuff.

Heyboss, glad to hear it all went well and you are happy. I have ridden in a DTT truck and know all about why you are all :D :D :D :D . It is good stuff. Sucks to hear that your transmission was not built right from DC, it surely would have saved you some $$$$ if they had done their part.

Full Drag

Freddy, As you know Scott just did a full on Drag conversion on my truck and it shifts smoother now than it did befor he did the work. Ah, that is untill you STOMP on the diesel at 5X5, then it will for sure try to snap your neck!

Scotty is the man " 'roun hea" !!

Well now your truck drives almost as good as it looks.

PS. Could you shine my truck befor I go to Munci? I never get it to look like yours. ( but then I don't put 5#'s of wax per sq. ft. on it eather. )  :D

Hey JES... ... ... ... ... ... . do you ever drive with your box on anything but 5x5:D :--) Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo.

HEYBOSS, congratulations on your new trans mods,i was all smiles after doing mine, there is no comparison to stock. Time for bigger injectors now!

Hey guys, I don't want you to think I've been ignoring all of you, just been busy and away from tdr.

Thanks to all for the compliments. It definitely is a blast to drive one over the OEM. It's gotta be one of the best mods, don't why I took so long to do it.

I didn't have any drivability concerns with the stock one other than being a dog out of the hole, but when Massdiesel took it apart the OD clutches didn't have much life left in them, just glad I got it done in time and no further damages.

Snow man... ... you're right those 275's are starting to look like the stock injectors, I was afraid of that;)

Ps. JES you gotta give me a couple weeks notice on that shine job, it's not as easy as it looks:rolleyes: Now you go easy with those air horns and don't go pull a Fred with that remote:D :D

Hey boss,my dd3's are real small right about now. it isnt until you take someone for a ride in your truck that you get reminded of how quick it is. You adjust to the power, and want more,LOL.
