another soutbend clutch testimonial

I put in the south bend MU 0090 con. o clutch three weeks ago has about 1500miles on it on the way over to dads for easter I stoped at a stop sign on a small up grade went to take the truck out of 5th and the stupid nv4500 luck up again



tried to take of the first time and smelt the clutch got brave and tried a second time and the clutch hooked and killed the eng featherd the clutch and the gas the third time and I was moving



next 2 stop sign I brought the eng up to 1000rpm and dumped the clutch and the truck would start moving instantly with no slipping of the clutch



20 miles later and I was at dads got the nv4500 out going to take it to the shop tomorrow to see whats wrong with it



glad I put the con. o in now at least I got it some where to fix it see how the clutch is when I get it back together and at the house so I can work on it in side

Sorry to here about your troubles with the transmission. At this point I would rather you be safe then sorry. It sounds like you might have stressed the clutch disc with how you had to drive it so give me a call tomarrow and I will shoot another disc out to you. All I ask is when you get some time, send the old one back so I can see how it looks after that.
