These are great they come in 4 sizes, and have a waterproof gasket O-ring seal here is a pic of one that I have between the two seats in the back cab area

Here is the smaller size, they have another in this style only it is half as tall.
I use them in the truck to keep herd on the tie down strap collection and bungie cords along with other items that aren't used often but are great to carry just in case

Do the seats fold down w/o hitting the box?

Will have to try it, as using the seat in the back was never a need in the 1998 ram the whole time I drove it it was down and used one time for 5 minutes Will move the other items out and try it later and take a pic.waiting for a land line call right now.
