I have another stupid question. I have a new 2012 3500 ST DRW 68RFE Auto transmission, I now have a 1000 miles on it 300 being towing miles. I have a minor issue that the dealer and Chrysler can't answer.
Whenever I have a warning in my EVIC(Electronic Vehicle Information Center) such as "Drivers Seat Belt not buckled" or "Trailer disconnected" I get a small white box with an i in it that comes on. It is located just to the left of the temperture reading. For the seat belt as soon as the message switches off the box goes away, for the trailer disconnected message a warning light stays on and the box stays on until you shut of the truck and restart.
My thought is that whenever you get a warning message in the EVIC this box comes on, however there is nothing in the owners guide or manual about it and neither the dealer or Chrysler had a clue. Any thoughts?
