Another Valve Stem Question??

I have 05 dually. I already have the metal high pressure valve stems!

I still have a problem getting to the inside-back tire.

Here's the question--I can get a (6") metal valve extension--do you think it would cause a problem??-like being to heavy?? for the rotating mass??

I don't have a dually, but I would think with all metal stems that long, you might end up getting flats because of the vulnerability if it. Maybe it's no that exposed and I'm just full of..... well, you know. :-laf
