Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Another whats it worth?...my truck

Been thinking of letting the 97 go for a while now. Its a Dually extended cab 4x4 with an auto. All in the last 5,000 miles: rebuilt pump, rebuilt auto, tires and brakes. Pretty good shape but heres the kicker, 365,000 miles

Does around $7,000 - $8,000 seem like a fair price to ask?

Sotck rebuild or upgraded transmission?



I'd say thats fair seeing as I just had a friend buy a similar truck (less miles and 5 spd. ) for alil over 12,000.
