I studied The circuits on the 4W anti- lock brakes and may have an answer for us guys who cannot drive them and feel safe.
Also I have a new truck coming any day and won't try this on the trade-in truck for obvious reasons.
I will try it on the new one asap when it arrives. Here goes:
On top of the brake controller, ( which is to the fender side of the master cylinder ) Is two plugs . One is a 14 pin the other is a 4 pin. The 4 pin contains the wires for the front sensors. Pins 1 and 2 are the left front wheel and 3 and 4 are the right. Disconnect them and spice the 1 and 8 pins from the 14 pin connector together with them. The 1 and 8 pins are the rear brake sensor.
So you will end up with the rear sensor signal going to the three sensor inputs. The controller cannot ever see a difference in speed so now it won't work. Bingo.
I should mention that each sensor has a + and - .
You will want to end up with pins 1 and 4 of the 4 pin connected to pin 1 of the 14 pin connector, And pins 2 and 3 of the 4 pin connected to pin 8 of the 14 pin connector.
It looks like it will work, but you are responsible for any modifications you do to your truck , not me!! Test it full when done.

I'll check back this afternoon for comments.
Also, I am looking at the manual for a 2001 truck. Other years may be different.
P. S. I love to fix their design flaws!!!
