Hey JConley, I think they could still just crawl under there and jumper the soleniod with a screwdriver. Just a thought- I am going to do some sort of hidden switch that kills both the starter and the ignition power to the engine.
Had my truck "stolen" by the tow truck bandits. How do you stop that. My OEM alarm was compromised. The truck was backed into a parking space so did they drag it out or somehow get inside and take it out of park??? Anyone know how these guys operate? Seems like a easier way to actually steal a vehicle and can be done in broad daylight. Paid the tow charges, got the truck w/ now visible damage but I am very curious as to how it yanked out of that spot.
Tow trucks generally carry hydraulic creepers that lift the truck up by the wheels and then they just roll the vehicle backwards, forwards, sideways etc out of the spot. One creeper under each wheel and away it goes.
