i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem if i run my truck wide open for just a little bit it seems to over flow out the over flow hose and is kinda bubbling in the resivoir tank. it only leaks out like a half gallon then thats it. My gauge never seems to go over 200 degrees in the cab is my truck overheating or what could be going on.

If your water temp gauge doesn't go up to the red, provided you are not low on coolant, I say head gasket. :(

Same thing with my '05 Auto/ 2500 4x4 SWB, Quad. If I driver 'er a little hard, I can pop the hood or peak through the right front fender and see a little anti-freeze thats boiled over. I've seen this occur on trucks with 40 miles on them so I have never worried about it. My truck has never read hotter than dead center on the water temp gauge. I think it's normal, as a side note mine has been doing this only when driven agressiely for 1. 5 years now. I have not had any problems and had yet to have to add any antifreeze. I would like a definite answer though if it is a good or bad thing the motor is doing this.

Im running about 40 to 45 boost. and yea if i dont run it hard everything stays good but as soon as i get on it i notice it over flows. I know my uncle had his head lift but hes running water meth and was mixing to much alcohol. im just running diesel fuel. but it prob wouldnt be a bad idea to check my head bolts to see if there still at the right torque or maybe just order some head studs and get that done with.
