I'm changing the antifreeze and I was going to put the Fleetguard ES EG 50/50 mix than I saw that Peak has some called Final Charge has anyone use this antifreeze?Looks pretty good Ethylene Glycol is 89-93% a little higher than some of the others. Any input?

I think the main requirement for the Cummins is low silicate. Other than Fleetguard, none I looked at had anything on the label about silicates. I also wonder how people using 50/50 get all the old stuff out. I flushed mine according to the article in the last TDR issue and drained the radiator, then filled with Fleetguard concentrate and couldn't even get 3 gallons in. After topping off and filling overflow I'm about a quart short of 50/50 figuring a 6 gallon capacity. George

I think 5 1/2 gallons is about all you will get out. Im at about 4 1/2 gallons on my refill and still burping after a week.

Im still trying to figure out why Propylene glycol is verboten for our truck. If there is only 2 degrees difference in boiling point and it is less toxic? Whats up with that?
