Antilock Brakes and Insurance

My Allstate insurance agent says my 92 does not have antilock brakes? How do I covience Allstate otherwise? Has anyone else ran into that problem?

They mean 4-Wheel anti lock, my friend. 4-Wheel.

I feel like opening a can of worms, so here goes.



I think we should get a discount for NOT having 4-wheel antilock. And I think I (and others who have shown additional ambition) should get a bigger discount for not having antilock on ANY of our wheels. I have had too many pucker-power moments when the antilock disengages and you lunge forward again, propelling me faster to where I dont want to be. As for slipping in the wet/ snow/ice, I just dont hit the brakes as hard, and do the other necessary stuff for people who know how to drive in inclement weather.
